The Role: As a full-time Maintenance Plumber, you'll enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including above-award pay, a fully equipped company vehicle with an ETAG, fuel allowance, phone provision, RDOs, leave entitlements, superannuation, uniforms, iPad, and ongoing safety training. Your responsibilities encompass a wide spectrum, from leak detection and CCTV drain inspections to roofing, fire service renewals, pump maintenance, hot water system upkeep, TMV and backflow testing, and maintenance in commercial hubs like shopping centres and hospitals.

Requirements

  • Have a valid open VIC Drivers Licence

Responsibilities

  • Complete maintenance, service and repairs for all general commercial plumbing, including; water supply, rough in, sewer, sanitary, storm water, gas and roofing.
  • Investigate leaks.
  • Perform high quality work as we spend 80% of our time repairing sub-standard work.
  • Identify non-compliant plumbing works, provide reasons and ramifications.
  • Perform working from heights work including, roof repairs, replacement of flashings and penetrations.
  • Complete paperwork and forms, including SWMS, and operate using safe work practices.
  • Write detailed reports, roof audits and reports, CCTV drain survey and reporting.
  • Flow testing and installation of valves.
  • Thermostatic mixing valve testing and installation.
  • Bulk hot water servicing and installation, including Rinnai and Rheem servicing.
  • Gas appliances, install and service.
  • Servicing of sewer and storm water pump stations.
  • Use of sewer machine/jetter/cctv drain camera, and locating equipment.
