For all jobs with the cost of $500 or more, we will cover workmanship for 6 years and we will issue a certificate of compliance.

Chadoak takes your privacy seriously and treat personal information provided to us with respect and integrity. We comply with the National Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988.

Customers should be aware that Chadoak only collects and retains personal information which is relevant to the ongoing trading relationship with Chadoak. At no time is any "sensitive information" knowingly sought or retained. "Sensitive information" includes information or opinion about an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, membership of a political association, religious beliefs or affiliation, philosophical beliefs, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, sexual preference or practices, criminal record or health information.

This Privacy Policy covers Chadoak’s treatment of personally identifiable information that Chadoak collects when you use Chadoak's services.
This policy does not apply to the practices of companies that Chadoak does not own or control, or to people that Chadoak does not employ or manage.

Data stored electronically is protected by both internal and external firewalls and access to electronic records is limited by passwords to authorised personnel only.
